1. Tell us about your first job in hospitality?
My first job in hospitality was as a recruitment resource for a small boutique agency. It was an eye-opening experience that introduced me to the fast-paced nature of the industry. I learned the importance of attention to detail, customer service, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. It was a challenging yet rewarding experience that solidified my passion for hospitality.
