What a week: we’ve been able to visit our favourite restaurants, drink a freshly poured pint and shops are welcoming customers back through their doors. We’ve seen a glimmer of life we once knew.

This weekend hits another milestone as the FA Cup semi-finals welcome 4,000 fans back into Wembley stadium. This release is being classed as a test, of which the success will determine the next stage of release on May 17th, when up to 10,000 fans will potentially be permitted back into UK stadia.

A man who knows only too well about this exciting but crucial weekend is Daniel Clark, UK Executive Operations Director – Delaware North. On this week, such an important time for our industry, Daniel has kindly found time to speak to us for the latest edition of Behind the Mask of a Hospitality Leader.

Daniel shares with us an insight into what it’s been like, what the feeling is like right now, and what he’s most looking forward to when 80,000 people can once again return to Wembley Stadium.
