The Licensed Trade Charity (LTC) helps both current and former pub, bar and brewery people, with a range of topics, including:
- Mental Wellbeing
- Employment Support and Education
The Charity has seen demand for help from current and former industry workers increase from around 10,000 a year in 2018 to over 70,000 in 2020. Nearly 6,000 licensed premises sadly closed their doors for good last year and many others are being forced to let staff go.
Our new partnership with the LTC allows us to provide our expert advice, guidance and insight for even more job seekers in the hospitality industry. We’re kicking off with a series entitled Everything You Need To Know About The Jobseeker Journey co-hosted by Dawn Redman, Founder and Director of Hospitality Jobs UK and Carolyn Jenkinson, Head of Charity Services at the Licensed Trade Charity.
The series will run across four episodes launching on 17th February at 10am. It is completely free and accessible via our YouTube channel and the . Viewers can even get involved themselves by tweeting their questions before each talk to @LTCharity using the hashtag #TimeToTalkJobs or emailing email@example.com.
