For our final Behind the Mask of a Hospitality Leader episode of 2020, we bring strength and a level-head in the form of Sam Lee, Managing Director – Temper Restaurant.
Firstly, we’re delighted to welcome Sam to the conversation and honoured to hear behind-the-scenes insight into how the year has rolled out for one of the coolest restaurants in London. Not only does Sam share some information into how as a team they’ve stayed driven, but she demonstrates a pragmatic demeanour and straight-talking opinion.
Sam seems to break down the complexities of what we’ve been hearing from media on a daily basis, very simply: ‘Everybody must act responsibility in the interest of the best recovery’, and we couldn’t agree more!
